We are pet friendly with a maximum weigh of 25 lbs and a maximum of 2 dogs.  Sorry no cats allowed.  The pet fee for the first dog is $25/night and an additional $15/night for the second plus tax.

There is an 11.5% bed tax to add to the total charges excluding the damage deposit.

There are 2 options for payment:

Paypal - There will be a 3% credit card fee added

Homeaway/VRBO site - There will be a $150 reservation fee added.  Homeaway/VRBO will also charge you a service of 8% of the total rent amount excluding the damage deposit.

50% of the rent amount is due upon booking of which $300 is non-refundable.  The balance is due 20 days prior to arrival.

No cancellations due to weather.

No refunds for cancellations will be given except for those within the listed time periods.
Travel Insurance is available from 3rd party companies and I would suggest looking into this should you be concerned of specific situations including Hurricanes.
